As a key member of our team, we are seeking an expert Data Analyst to spearhead our Business Intelligence Unit in Mumbai or Bangalore. This role focuses on driving business growth and profitability objectives through data-driven insights.

We need someone with exceptional skills in data analysis, machine learning, and strategic thinking who can support informed decision-making within the organization.

  • Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, CA, or Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring data analysts.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of predictive analytics techniques (machine learning algorithms, logistic & linear regression, decision trees, clustering).
  • Expertise in exploratory data analysis (data preparation, exploration, and visualization).

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring accuracy, validity, and robustness of analytical solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning.
  • Translating complex data insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Measuring and communicating the impact of the team's work.

Job Conditions:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail.
  • Strong expertise in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, Gen AI, and marketing analytics is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills are crucial.
