About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in developing and maintaining relationships with influencers across various categories in India.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing databases of top influencers, building strong partnerships, and coordinating campaign execution.

To succeed in this position, you will require excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as outstanding presentation-making skills. A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field is essential, along with 6-12 months of experience in a digital agency environment.

A key aspect of this role will be to decode trends and analytics from data, think critically, and develop innovative solutions to complex problems. If you have a passion for digital marketing and enjoy collaborating with influencers, this could be the ideal career move for you.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and manage databases of top influencers across various categories in India.
  2. Build strong relationships with existing and new influencers, negotiating commercials and campaign terms.
  3. Prepare high-quality campaign reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  4. Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
  5. Maintain accurate records of influencer databases and campaign performance metrics.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding presentation-making skills.
  • Digital marketing expertise, with a focus on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  • Experience working in a digital agency environment, preferably within the last 6-12 months.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative approach to challenges.
