Learning & Development Contract Talent Pool

About this opportunity:

We are seeking a curated bench of Learning & Development specialists – independent consultants and boutique firms – to support delivering multiple inclusive, data-driven digital learning programs.

  • Engagements will be contract-based, remote-friendly, and cross-functional.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Instructional Designers:
  • Design courses with accessibility and localization in mind;
  • Develop engaging content for diverse audiences;
  • Utilize instructional design methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
Project Managers:
  • Plan and execute multi-workstream projects;
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders;
  • Manage budgets and risks associated with projects.
eLearning Developers:
  • Develop interactive eLearning content using Articulate Storyline;
  • Ensure SCORM and xAPI compliance;
  • Design responsive UI and templates.
HTML5 Learning Developers:
  • Develop responsive HTML5 content;
  • Ensure LMS compatibility and WCAG 2.1 compliance;
  • Utilize JavaScript and CSS for dynamic interactions.
Learning Technologists:
  • Design and develop immersive learning experiences using AR/VR and serious games;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in learning and development.
Data & Evaluation Analysts:
  • Analyze data to inform learning strategies;
  • Design evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness;
  • Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to analyze and visualize data.
Cultural SMEs & D&I (L&D):
  • Develop inclusive content and delivery standards for diverse audiences;
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure cultural sensitivity and relevance;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development;
  • Strong portfolio or case studies demonstrating expertise in desired areas;
  • Proven ability to collaborate remotely and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
  • English language proficiency is required, with French and/or German strongly preferred.
