
Experiential Learning Opportunity Manager

The selected candidate will oversee the development and implementation of experiential learning initiatives for undergraduate students, focusing on curating impactful opportunities that extend beyond the classroom.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Development: Conceptualize and execute comprehensive experiential learning programs, ensuring measurable learning outcomes, industry exposure, and skill development for UG students.
- Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor participation, outcomes, and feedback to refine and enhance future editions of these initiatives.
- Student Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for UG students regarding experiential learning activities, communications, and logistics.
- Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with timetabling, attendance tracking, LMS updates, and record-keeping for experiential learning sessions; collaborate with facilitators, mentors, and industry experts to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute showcases and events related to experiential learning across the UG program.
- Financial Oversight: Handle end-to-end logistics: requirements gathering, mentor coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution; manage reimbursements, student winnings, and finance coordination for experiential learning activities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and communication of all experiential learning initiatives.
- 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms, reporting, and student communication systems.
