Senior Financial Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and ensure regulatory adherence. This individual will manage accounting processes, ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations, and lead the development of accurate and effective budgets.
Main Responsibilities:- Financial Management & Analysis
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and consolidation of financial statements and reports, leading budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes, ensuring robust financial controls and compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies, conducting cost and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for savings and optimization, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling and scenario planning.
Key Qualifications:- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- 4-5 years of overall experience in financial management and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS), and financial reporting requirements.
- Previous experience managing audits and tax reporting processes.
- Excellent skills in Excel and ERP / technology tools.
