Compliance Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Compliance Manager to drive business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance and legal affairs, with a focus on Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), and Fixed Income.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring compliances with relevant regulations and guidelines, including IFSCA, SEZ, SEBI AIF, PMS, FEMA, and Anti Money Laundering laws.
  • The successful candidate will handle secretarial compliances, maintain statutory books and registers, conduct internal and external audits, and respond to regulatory queries.
  • They will also provide compliance training for employees, draft and review contracts, and offer legal solutions to mitigate business risks.
