Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Principal Officer.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading compliance for various regulations and circulars.

About the Position:

The Principal Officer will be responsible for ensuring that all provisions of relevant acts, regulations, and circulars are complied with. This includes overseeing Gift City operations and coordinating with internal teams for regulatory reporting and compliance.

The successful candidate will also manage investor queries, flag potential issues, and develop efficient controls for reconciliations, risk management, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all provisions.
  • Oversee Gift City operations and ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and compliance teams for timely regulatory reporting and compliance.
  • Manage investor queries and provide accurate information on operational matters.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with incubators, accelerators, and other ecosystem players.
  • Represent senior management and drive organizational culture and values.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Alternate Investment Fund regulations.
  • CS or CA or MBA qualification.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
