Global Compliance Role

We are seeking a senior professional to spearhead our compliance initiatives, shaping the strategic direction of our ESG workstreams.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in trade compliance, anti-corruption, and ESG governance within the maritime and logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support global stakeholders in navigating complex regulatory environments.
  • Develop and maintain compliance tools and resources to meet industry needs and regulatory trends.
  • Lead global training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance.
  • Contribute to due diligence initiatives and collaborate with external partners.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on project delivery skills, able to build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate complex ideas effectively.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions or anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
