Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our end-to-end OSS operations and customer support team.

The ideal candidate will possess deep experience in ITSM and ITOM, strong project management skills, and a passion for driving process improvements that drive business value. Additionally, they should have expertise in automating L1/L2/L3 support activities.

  • Lead and manage the OSS operations and customer support team to ensure high availability, performance, and SLA adherence using ITSM and ITOM models.
  • Drive efficiencies and automation, process improvement, and retrospectives in L1/L2/L3 activities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to guide the evolution of OSS platforms towards cloud-native architectures.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives, automation strategies, and capacity planning for OSS systems.
