Job Summary

We are seeking a diligent IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the infrastructure, identifying performance issues, and providing timely resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continuously monitor the server parameters, including CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital statistics.
  • Investigate and report any performance issues beyond thresholds to the relevant teams in a timely manner.
  • Monitor scheduled tasks on the system and ensure their successful completion.
  • Rerun failed tasks and report technical errors to the L2/L3 teams for resolution.
  • Keep track of new items/tickets via email, Teams channel, and ticketing systems and update them with initial responses.
  • Gather additional details from business/end-users and other teams as required.
  • Reproduce issues in the testing environment and provide inputs to the L2 team member.
  • Validate issue fixes in the internal testing environment based on customer inputs given.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3+ years of customer-facing experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing application or infrastructure support at an L1 level.
  • SailPoint or IAM system support experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to respond effectively to customers within defined SLAs.
  • Proven expertise in handling customer-related queries and providing necessary support.
  • Experience in customer-issue-based validation is essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Technical background in Java/Scripting is an added advantage.
