  • Promote energy conservation initiatives to reduce environmental footprint.
  • Implement sustainable practices aligned with global hospitality standards.

Risk Mitigation & Compliance

  • Ensure regulatory compliance across all properties, mitigating risks through proactive audits.

Team Development & Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Promote a culture of safety, service, and continuous improvement.

Budgeting & Financial Acumen

  • Manage annual engineering budgets to optimize resource allocation.
  • Approve expenditures for maintenance and capital projects.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Advanced certifications in facility or energy management preferred.
  • 15+ years in hospitality engineering, with 5+ years in senior leadership.
