Facility Operations Manager Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations of soft services within a facility.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Manage a team for cleaning, maintenance, and other soft services.
  • Prepare reports on service quality, requests, and incident management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Monitor inventory of cleaning materials and tools.
  • Develop procedures to enhance efficiency and quality of services.
  • Liaise with internal teams for alignment with company goals.
