Job Title: Investment Banking Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional to work with client partners and improve processes that build capacity and scale.

  • You will be responsible for monitoring and capturing data from various global functional teams across clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong business understanding of finance, particularly in capital markets and derivatives. He/She must be able to derive information from data with excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently handle clients and client calls– establish self as a valued partner.
  • Escalate issues to internal managers to bring attention to avoid client escalation.
  • Build domain expertise and lead from the front.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by sharing process knowledge and best practices within teams.

Requirements:

  • Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 2 to 5.5 years of experience in handling a team of minimum 10 members and has good experience and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Ability to conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scope.
  • Knowledge of or prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies is an added advantage.
