Job Opportunity: Training and Development

  • Experience in training and development, preferably in the fields of counseling, psychology, or education.

We are seeking a highly skilled trainer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs to aspiring and professional counselors. Your primary goal will be to equip them with the knowledge and skills to provide deeply personalized and holistic guidance to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and update training curriculum for counselors, focusing on how to interpret and utilize data from various tools and methods.
  • Conduct engaging workshops and training sessions to educate counselors on the principles of conscious learning models.
  • Mentor and provide ongoing support to trainee counselors, ensuring they fully grasp the concepts of personal growth and self-awareness.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and assess the competency of counselors.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights for improving training tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Strong passion for the intersection of technology, psychology, and well-being.
  • Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging learning experiences.
