A seasoned mental health professional is required to deliver exceptional care and support to adult individuals. This role involves providing expert psychotherapy services using evidence-based practices, conducting thorough assessments, and maintaining high standards of care through structured treatment planning and progress evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized counseling sessions for adults across various presenting concerns, including psychological, emotional, intellectual, behavioral, and social issues.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs, strengths, and goals, and develop personalized treatment plans accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress, session notes, treatment plans, and evaluation reports using digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and circumstances.
  • Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to support diagnosis and guide therapeutic interventions.
  • Interpret test results and clinical data to diagnose psychological conditions and inform treatment directions.
  • Monitor, review, and evaluate the effectiveness of counseling methods and adapt approaches as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counselling.
  • At least 6 years of experience in psychotherapy, particularly with adults and couples.
  • Strong foundation in CBT, REBT, and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling complex clinical diagnoses and case management.
  • Familiarity with mindfulness techniques, motivational interviewing, and SMART goal setting.
  • Proficient in conducting sessions via video platforms and managing records through cloud-based tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and ability to build strong therapeutic relationships.
  • Tech-savvy mindset and openness to incorporating digital solutions in client care.
