Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Marketing Director to drive brand awareness, patient acquisition, and reputation management. This role will be pivotal in shaping our marketing strategy and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with our mission to deliver high-quality mental healthcare. Focus on patient-centric growth and reputation recovery through proactive communication and crisis management.
  2. Oversee the development of brand identity and address reputational risks through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  3. Lead digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing) to increase online visibility, patient engagement, and lead generation, targeting diverse age groups.
  4. Supervise the creation of educational content, patient success stories, and promotional materials highlighting our expertise in psychiatric care and de-addiction services.
  5. Build strategic alliances with healthcare providers, NGOs, and corporate wellness programs to expand referral networks and community outreach.
  6. Manage and mentor a marketing team, setting KPIs, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve targets.
  7. Conduct competitor analysis and patient feedback studies to identify market trends, patient needs, and opportunities for service expansion.
  8. Organize awareness campaigns, webinars, and health fairs to educate the public on mental health and promote our services.
Qualifications and Experience
  1. Education: Master's degree in marketing or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or service industry.
  3. Proven expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and crisis communication.
  4. Strong analytical skills for market research and campaign performance evaluation.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
