Lead SAP BTP Applications and Integrations

As a seasoned Technical Team Lead, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) applications and integrations. Partner with stakeholders to drive project delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Plan, allocate, and track resources to meet project milestones
  • Design and customize SAP BTP apps and integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems
  • Develop integration patterns and ensure secure, compliant solutions
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and drive performance optimization
  • Maintain clear documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Stay up-to-date on BTP services and recommend best practices

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in software development and team leadership
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proven expertise in SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, and SAP Integration Suite
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Java, Python, and development tools
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model, SAPUI5, and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with SAP HANA and database modeling
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving strategic initiatives
  • Business process knowledge in SAP/Non-SAP ERP functional areas
  • Experience in consulting and effort estimation for new applications or extensions
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
