**Job Overview**Candidates with expertise in memory layout design will collaborate with circuit designers to optimize layouts based on schematics, ensuring seamless integration with the company's product offerings.The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints to design custom memories that meet specific requirements while maintaining a strong grasp of circuit designs and layout constraints.Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize memory layouts for maximum efficiency.
  • Apply knowledge of advanced process nodes, preferably 5nm or below, to inform memory design decisions.
  • Develop and implement high-performance and/or low-power memory layout optimization techniques to enhance product performance.
Requirements:
  • Scripting experience in SKILL, Python, or TCL is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in memory layout design, including custom-based memories or compiler-based memories, is required.
  • Exposure to physical verification checks including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR is necessary.
