Memory Architect Expert WantedWe are seeking an experienced Memory Design Engineer to fill this critical role.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and verifying custom memory architectures, including SRAM design and layout. This individual should be proficient in characterizing and optimizing memory performance, power consumption, and yield.Responsibilities:
  • Design and verify custom memory architectures, including SRAM design and layout
  • Characterize and optimize memory performance, power consumption, and yield
  • Develop and implement quality plans, execution plans, and manufacturing reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design and manufacturing issues
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in full-custom memory design and architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Cadence Virtuoso and Synopsys Custom Compiler
  • Expertise in physical verification flow debug, including DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, and IR
  • Understanding of good layout practices in lower process nodes, such as 7nm and 5nm
  • Experience working on FinFET architecture and challenges such as variability and manufacturability
