Meta Ads Professional Job

We are seeking a skilled Meta Ads expert to spearhead ad campaigns for clients in the Health & Wellness and Local Service sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram platforms.
  • Conduct audience research, create lookalike audiences, and manage retargeting strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers to create compelling ad copy and develop engaging creatives.
  • Establish A/B tests (ad creatives, headlines, landing pages) to drive optimal results.
  • Monitor key performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS) and optimize campaigns for best outcomes.
  • Provide regular performance reports and suggest improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience running successful Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, targeting, and budget optimization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on key metrics.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
