About the Role

This is an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Meta Ads Manager. You will oversee ad creatives, launch campaigns, monitor performance, and make data-backed adjustments.

In this role, you will allocate ad spend strategically to maximize returns. You will track KPIs, extract insights, and optimize campaigns for conversions and growth.

You will also continuously test creatives, audiences, and funnels to refine performance. Delivering clear, actionable reports that demonstrate value and strategy alignment is a key part of this role.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A proven track record of managing Meta ad campaigns at scale.
  • A strong background in managing international clients, preferably with experience in the Australian market.
  • Expertise in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.
  • The ability to work independently with clients, from strategy to execution.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
