Meta Marketing Manager

The role entails leading and optimizing Meta ads campaigns, focusing on strategy and performance analysis. A strong analytical mindset is essential, along with a proven track record of generating leads, driving conversions, and maximizing return on ad spend.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Platforms.
  • Manage full-funnel performance marketing strategy, including audience targeting, A/B testing, creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, brand, and product teams to craft compelling ad experiences.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to improve click-through rate, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend.
  • Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Stay updated on the latest ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong return on ad spend.
  • Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
