Expert AI/ML Specialist

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML specialist to lead the development and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions in the oil and gas industry.

This role involves solution architecture, mentoring, and driving AI strategy and execution to unlock business value through enhanced safety, optimized asset utilization, and operational efficiency.

  • Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML models using deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning techniques.
  • Implement and oversee MLOps practices, including CI/CD, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Manage big data infrastructure and platforms, such as Spark, Databricks, and Hadoop.
  • Enforce AI ethics, governance, and compliance with industry standards and ensure explainability of AI-driven decisions.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to foster skill development and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define metrics and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Provide thought leadership on AI/ML trends and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 12-15 years of AI/ML experience with demonstrable domain expertise in oil and gas.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Scala, C++, with mastery of ML frameworks.
  • Expertise in cloud ML platforms, MLOps, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
