About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned AI/ML Solutions Architect with deep expertise in designing and deploying scalable AI/ML and GenAI solutions on cloud platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in BFSI, leading end-to-end projects—from use case discovery to productionization—while ensuring governance, compliance, and performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale AI/ML and GenAI architectures.
  • Drive end-to-end AI/ML project delivery : discovery, prototyping, productionization.
  • Architect solutions using leading cloud-native AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Implement MLOps/LLMOps pipelines for model lifecycle and automation.
  • Guide teams in selecting and integrating GenAI/LLM frameworks (OpenAI, Cohere, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.).
  • Ensure robust AI governance, model risk management , and compliance practices.
  • Collaborate with senior business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 15+ years in AI/ML, cloud architecture, and data engineering.
  • At least 10 end-to-end AI/ML project implementations.
  • Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following:
  • ML frameworks: scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • GenAI/LLM tools: OpenAI, Cohere, LangChain, Hugging Face, FAISS, Pinecone
  • Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (AI/ML services)
  • MLOps: MLflow, SageMaker Pipelines, Kubeflow, Vertex AI
  • Strong understanding of data privacy, model governance, and compliance frameworks in BFSI.
  • Proven leadership of cross-functional technical teams and stakeholder engagement.
