We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Software Engineer to join our team and help shape the future of financial systems.

  • Leading project execution by managing priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, leveraging technical expertise.
  • Developing high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang to meet critical product and business needs.
  • Architecting scalable, secure systems using modern cloud technologies and industry best practices.
  • Mentoring team members on design principles, coding standards, and AI productivity tools adoption.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services with a strong understanding of micro-services architecture.
  • Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code that meets customer needs.
  • Deep understanding of what high-quality code and software engineering processes look like, and the ability to foster an environment that promotes them.
