We are seeking a seasoned AI architect to join our organization.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing industrial-grade AI systems that turn documents into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enterprise Data Architecture:
    • Design multimodal data platforms over various document formats.
    • Implement hybrid retrieval with reranking; target high accuracy and reliability.
    • Build domain embeddings for technical terminology; craft routing strategies for audit-ready outputs.
  • Industrial Data Pipelines:
    • Ingest and normalize heterogeneous sources (ERP exports, legacy DBs, IoT streams).
    • Ship large-scale document ingestion with schema validation and versioning.
    • Integrate external APIs (e.g., OSHA, EPA) for regulatory compliance.
  • Production AI & MLOps:
    • Orchestrate ensemble decisioning with SLAs; cost-optimized LLM flows.
    • Operate on cloud infrastructure; CI/CD with test gates.
    • Build explanation layers and human-in-the-loop feedback mechanisms.
  • Client Co-Creation:
    • Lead deep-dive workshops with stakeholders; design PoCs for strategic projects.
    • Mentor client teams and internal engineers; author crisp technical documents.
Requirements
  • 7+ years building production AI/ML or search systems; 3+ enterprise deployments end-to-end.
  • Expert Python programming skills; strong systems thinking and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of RAG at scale: vector databases, BM25, rerankers, prompt/routing strategies.
  • MLOps expertise: versioning, canaries, drift detection, observability.
  • Clear communication; ability to turn complex data into reliable software.
