Lead AI Engineer

 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing state-of-the-art NLP, Computer Vision, and Speech techniques.

You will work closely with other AI researchers to develop innovative AI solutions and services that enhance our platform capabilities. Your expertise will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge AI algorithms and models
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality AI-powered products
  • Conduct research and experiments in deep learning, machine learning, and related fields to support the development of AI techniques
  • Mentor and lead the experiments with other team members
  • Drive the development of new AI-powered features and services

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with experience in machine learning and data analysis
  • 3-4 years of industry experience in machine learning, with a strong focus on NLP and Computer Vision
  • Hands-on experience of ML model development and deploying
  • Experience working with training and fine-tuning LLM is a plus
  • Experience in audio/speech technologies is a plus
  • Strong programming skills in Python, node.js or other relevant programming languages
