AI/ML Expertise in Oil & Gas

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML professional to join our team and leverage their expertise in analysing business requirements and implementing advanced AI/ML solutions within the Oil & Gas domain.

  • Analyse and understand complex business requirements and domain-specific data from E&P, O&M, Supply Chain, and HSE datasets.
  • Translate business problems into technical AI/ML solution designs, including feature engineering and model selection.
  • Apply AI/ML algorithms predictive modelling, anomaly detection, time series forecasting, reinforcement learning to large-scale datasets.
  • Implement MLOps best practices covering deployment, monitoring, containerisation Docker, Kubernetes, versioning, and lifecycle management.
  • Work with big data ecosystems Apache Spark, Databricks, Hadoop, and data platforms SQL, NoSQL.
  • Ensure data governance by enforcing data privacy, ethical AI, bias mitigation, and explainability using frameworks like SHAP or LIME.
  • Collaborate with engineers, data architects, and business stakeholders through requirements planning, documentation, and validation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or relevant field.
  • Proven experience 8-10 years in AI/ML roles with strong exposure to Oil & Gas E&P, reservoir, drilling, logistics.
  • Hands-on expertise in Python, R, Scala, and ML frameworks TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
  • Solid understanding of big data technologies and cloud ML platforms AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform.
  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with safety and compliance standards in Oil & Gas industry.
