Lead AI Architect

As an Artificial Intelligence Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of agentic AI systems within AWS, focusing on multi-agent orchestration, cloud-native AI architecture, and healthcare-compliant AI solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3-5 years in cloud-native AI architecture, and proven expertise with AWS AI stack: Bedrock, SageMaker, Comprehend Medical, Textract, Kendra, Lex.

You will architect and design agentic AI systems using AWS services, define multi-agent orchestration strategies, evaluate trade-offs between LLM-based reasoning, rules engines, and hybrid AI architectures, and build and integrate solutions using agentic AI frameworks.

The role requires excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and solution governance skills, as well as strong knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and hands-on experience in workflow orchestration and multi-agent pipelines.

A background in healthcare/life sciences AI solutions with understanding of regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GxP, FDA/EMA guidelines preferred) is also desired.
