Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as an Infrastructure Management Director. This role requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks, and the ability to drive process excellence.

The successful candidate will lead a team of network and cloud administrators, develop scalable processes, and ensure consistent high-quality service delivery across client portfolios. Key responsibilities include:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering technical growth and career development.
  • Culture Development: Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across engineering and operations.
  • Process Definition: Define and communicate clear roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations aligned with organizational goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence by maturing processes for efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, ensuring service expectations are met and exceeded.

Requirements

  • Availability: Available for after-hours escalations.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multi-task, pivot quickly, and understand sense of urgency.

Qualifications

  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Infrastructure Knowledge: Knowledge of managing patching of infrastructure (network and servers).
  • Business Process Knowledge: Knowledge of business and technology processes.
  • ITSM Frameworks: Strong understanding of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices.
  • Education: University degree or College diploma program in Computer Science, Business and Technology, Information Systems or related areas.
