Project Director Job Description

The Project Director oversees the end-to-end lifecycle of high-end projects, ensuring strategic oversight, exceptional team management, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, budget adherence, and timely execution.

  • Lead strategy execution across various phases, including design, pre-construction, construction, and procurement.
  • Proactively address escalations and mitigate project roadblocks, incorporating stakeholder input.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to formulate actionable plans for process enhancement and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities

This role demands:

  1. Conducting monthly reviews of project accounts to identify discrepancies and manage expenditures.
  2. Ensuring compliance with established budgets while exploring opportunities for financial efficiency.
  3. Engaging in risk management and supporting procurement activities related to contracts and negotiations.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years in leading large teams.
  • Proven expertise in operations within Real Estate, Construction sectors.
  • Strong background in cross-functional team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced work environments and adeptness in problem-solving and data analysis.
