Highly Skilled Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Windows Administrator to manage our core infrastructure. As a Senior Windows Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all Windows servers & operating systems, ensuring high availability and 99.999% uptime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Windows Server 2023-22, Windows 2019, Windows 11/10, and VM Ware.
- Implement centralized patch management and standard policy implementation.
- Support log analysis, ensure high availability, liaise for security aspects, manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, RAID, SAN, NAS, backup management, object-based storage implementation, Mantis, Jira, Bug Reporting, MS Excel, dashboard & reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- BSC, B.E or equivalent degree in Information technology or Computer Science with minimum 50%.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Administration role for Windows Desktop & Server-side operating systems.
Desired Skills:
- Wireshark & Microsoft message analyzer.
- AD & Email hosting.
- RSAT & Netwrix account lockout examiner.
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, etc.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a focus on accuracy. They should also be able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
