Channel Development:

  • Design and deploy programs tailored for General Trade, Modern Trade, and Pharmacy outlets.">
  • Monitor channel-specific KPIs and optimize trade spends for maximum ROI.">
  • POS & Collateral Management:">

    • Develop and manage trade marketing materials such as display units, shelf talkers, danglers, etc.">
    • Track utilization and effectiveness of POS tools and promotional materials.">

Data & Insights:

  • Conduct market research and analyze sell-in/sell-out data to identify opportunities and gaps.">
  • Provide actionable insights to improve product positioning and trade promotions.">
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:">

    • Liaise with brand, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.">
    • Manage vendor partners for event setups, in-store activations, and merchandising needs.">

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or related field.">
  • 5–8 years of experience in Trade Marketing, preferably in FMCG or OTC.">
  • Strong understanding of distributor networks, retail channels, and trade dynamics.">
  • Hands-on experience in driving visibility programs, trade promotions, and channel analytics.">
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.">
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.">
