Are you a skilled designer and product developer?

  • You should have a strong background in designing and developing home decor, furniture and craft products.
  • You should be able to conceptualize, illustrate and develop products using various materials such as wood, metal, terracotta, fabric, leather, bamboo and others.
  • Experience in production coordination with craftsmen, medium and large scale factory production of such products is essential.
  • Ability to manage production schedules, processes and vendors is crucial.
  • A keen eye for detail is necessary as nothing less than perfect should be acceptable.
  • Knowledge of Indian furniture clusters and companies is desirable but not essential.
  • Most importantly, you should have the motivation, dedication and discipline to constantly learn and improve.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality home decor, furniture and craft products.

  • Manage production schedules, vendors and resources effectively.
