Lead Educator Recruitment and Engagement

The role involves overseeing end-to-end educator recruitment, onboarding, and engagement initiatives to build a high-performing educator network across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage domestic and international recruitment & onboarding of educators
  • Develop resourcing strategies
  • Coordinate training documentation and onboarding processes
  • Support educator deployment and contracting
  • Design regular engagement activities for educators
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure recruitment aligns with business growth
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate degree in HR (preferably MBA/MA)
  • ~5 years' experience in recruitment/employee engagement (education/academia a plus)
  • Proficiency in ATS tools
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
