Role Overview

A passionate Technical Program Manager is required to own the end-to-end delivery of complex technology initiatives that power our global products and client solutions. You will work autonomously and collaboratively across product, engineering, operations, and client teams to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, drive progress against goals, and deliver scalable solutions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading multiple concurrent projects from onboarding through successful delivery across distributed, agile squads.
  • Facilitating ceremonies and fostering high-performance team dynamics to achieve rapid, quality releases.
  • Tracking project health, identifying risks, aligning senior leaders, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

Qualifications

We require a certified Scrum Master with a proven ability to manage software development projects in a fast-paced, global environment. The ideal candidate has 5–10 years' experience managing software product delivery, ideally in SaaS or SportsTech sectors. Deep expertise in Agile methodologies is required, along with experience leading distributed and offshore teams.
