Business Banking Relationship Manager Role

As a Business Banking Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities to drive growth. Your primary objective will be to foster strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier clients and secure large-scale banking transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to manage CA value-growth and generate fee income from Trade Forex, Retail Banking & Business Banking relationships.
  • Generate revenue through cross-selling of wealth management products, such as mutual funds, life insurance, and general insurance.
  • Identify high-value CASA relationships within the group and implement strategies to acquire them.
  • Increase Customer to Group (CTG) and Product to Group (PTG) ratios in the book.
  • Deepen and up-sell on key CA-led relationships to achieve goal sheet targets across various product lines.
  • Maintain superior client servicing standards and rigor in relationship management.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of transactional and commercial banking products to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Drive superior product and process innovation for sales and service to premier CA clients, along with necessary feedback to program teams for enhanced product development.
  • Seek references from existing clients to generate prospect lists for New to Bank acquisitions.
  • Provide a differential customer experience that supports our business value proposition while ensuring maintenance of minimum business thresholds and retention of business customers.
  • Focus on profile-based cross-selling of value-added products such as Trade Forex, CMS, POS, payment gateway solutions, doorstep banking, working capital/loan needs, and OPDT and family SA.
  • Understand and maintain details regarding nature of business and business model to extract existing and potential opportunities as well as any potential risks.
  • Position our value proposition linking benefits to the customer's key business requirements/issues.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
