Job Opportunity: Executive Tender Specialist

As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the GeM portal, creating categories, uploading products and tendering.

  • Manage GeM Portal and other government portals to ensure timely submissions.
  • Develop and implement effective tender strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit bids in accordance with tender requirements.
  • Analyze tender documents and prepare comparative statements.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings to clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with company requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Proven experience in e-procurement and tendering processes.
  • Strong organizational, communication and computer skills.
  • Experience working with government bodies is highly desirable.
