Tendering and Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented procurement expert to manage the end-to-end tendering process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indian tendering systems, including GeM, CPPP, and state portals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement tendering strategies to ensure compliance and competitive pricing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial bids in accordance with requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of mandatory registrations and ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to align terms and conditions, taxes, and statutory documentation.
  • Work with management to develop pricing strategies that safeguard margins.
  • Conduct market research on competitor tenders and outcomes.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Science, Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement or tendering role.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and tender portals.
