Job Overview

This role involves ensuring timely material availability according to the construction schedule. Responsibilities include procuring site-level civil items within approved limits, coordinating with project managers for on-time deliveries, and collaborating with HO SCM teams on procurement status and vendor approvals.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Procure local site-level civil items within set budget constraints.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers to ensure timely material delivery in line with construction schedules.
  • Maintain alignment with HO SCM teams on procurement updates, vendor certifications, and project deliverables.
  • Foster a comprehensive database of local vendors for civil items and consumables.
  • E nsure procurement adheres to company policies, regulatory standards, and quality protocols.
  • Monitor and report material inflow, consumption, and stock levels for civil items.
  • Support material reconciliation for civil items during and after project execution.
  • C coordinate logistics for secure and timely transportation of materials to the site.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation (POs, GRNs, invoices, vendor records).
  • Facilitate resolution of material shortages, delays, or quality issues at the site in collaboration with HO SCM.
