Job Title: Procurement Specialist

Our team is seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will have experience in tender submission, document preparation, and communication with clients. They will also possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Tender Submission: The successful candidate will be responsible for submitting tenders online or offline to various government departments.
  • Document Preparation: They will prepare various documents as per tender requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Client Communication: Regular telephonic and written communication will be required with clients regarding tenders, works, and other related matters.
  • Site Visits: The candidate will visit clients' offices for tender meetings, documentation, and billing process.
  • Progress Tracking: They will track the progress of work and prepare reports as needed.
  • Tender Fees: They will arrange tender fees, EMD, etc. for related tenders, along with final tender documents and checklists.
  • System Configuration: They will configure PCs to submit tenders successfully and coordinate with tender agencies and purchasers.
