We are seeking an exceptional Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, leveraging data-driven insights, and executing strategic hiring plans.

This role requires deep expertise in recruitment analytics, hiring dashboards, and strategic talent acquisition within a high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technology and product roles, ensuring a seamless hiring experience.
  • Build and execute strategic hiring plans to attract top-tier talent in engineering, product management, and leadership functions.
  • Develop and manage recruitment dashboards and analytics to track key hiring metrics and drive continuous improvements.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Leverage data-driven recruitment insights to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires strong business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) experience is required, ideally with corporate recruiting experience and full life cycle recruiting.

You should have experience in a senior recruitment role managing senior level roles with driving strategic approaches, ideally IT hiring.

Candidates with experience in developing and maintaining recruitment dashboards and regular reporting to stakeholders will be highly regarded.
