Automotive Service Advisor

The role of an Automotive Service Advisor is crucial in ensuring that customers receive top-notch service and support for their vehicles.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for cars, and strong organizational ability to manage service schedules, customer follow-ups, and service documentation.

Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs
  • Providing accurate service estimates and timelines
  • Coordinating between customers and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Following up with customers on service progress and post-service satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate service records and managing appointments
  • Promoting additional services and genuine spare parts when appropriate

Key qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in automotive service advisory roles or customer service in the automotive industry
  • Good understanding of German premium car brands (BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Mini Cooper preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, customer-centric, and solution-oriented
  • Passion for automobiles and eagerness to learn
