The IT infrastructure talent landscape is vast and complex, requiring a proactive approach to sourcing top talent. As a Talent Acquisition Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates.

  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sourcing strategy to find top IT infrastructure talent.
  • Candidate Identification: Utilize Boolean search, ATS, and CRM platforms to identify and engage suitable candidates.
  • Pipeline Building: Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs in the IT services landscape.
  • Candidate Screening: Screen candidates for skills, cultural fit, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Performance Tracking: Track, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using data and insights.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in IT infrastructure hiring, and proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success in this role.
