Job Title:

Sr. Marketing Operations Manager

As a key member of our marketing team, the Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of creative requirements in stores and facilitating communication between superiors and store teams to ensure branding requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and participate in meetings with the Visual Merchandising team to discuss store branding requirements and new visual and decor ideas.
  • Supervise and execute ATL, BTL, and digital activities, as well as localized marketing campaigns at the store level in coordination with the Showroom Head based on approvals from the Marketing team.
  • Monitor hoardings by collecting relevant information from Marketing Executives and manage expenses related to these activities.
  • Make necessary arrangements to replace damaged hoarding boards.
  • Network with industry players to gather information on competitors' marketing strategies and update superiors on market trends.
  • Monitor online sentiment about the brand, including reviews and comments, and implement reputation management activities to maintain a positive image.
  • Measure and ensure the effectiveness of community marketing efforts.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing operations and team management.
  • Strong understanding of branding and visual merchandising principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
