Seeking a seasoned CRM Tester to spearhead quality assurance for our clients' Dynamics 365 platforms. As a key member of our testing team, you will leverage your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to identify and resolve defects, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, coupled with exceptional communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in TOSCA automation tool, full lifecycle implementation experience, functional consulting, and CRM sales, service, and marketing modules will be instrumental in driving project success.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2016 / 2015 / 365 (min. 2+ years)
  • TOSCA Automation Tool
  • Full Lifecycle Implementation Experience
  • Functional Consulting Experience (4–8 years)
  • Strong Knowledge of CRM Sales, Service, and Marketing Modules
  • Agile & Waterfall Project Methodologies
  • Excellent Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • SSRS Reporting Services
  • Requirement Documentation & User Acceptance Testing

Additionally, having expertise in the following areas would be beneficial:

  • Dynamics 365 CE Modules: Field Services, PSA
  • Power Platform: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate (Flow)
  • Dynamics 365 Common Data Model Understanding
  • CRM Configuration & Integration Knowledge
