This key role involves working as part of the application team, planning, designing, building, configuring, commissioning, and maintaining projects. The successful candidate will be required to follow regular procedures to ensure all tasks are delivered on schedule.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical consultancy to clients for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects
  • Reviewing functional designs of given business requirements for technical solutions and detailed technical designs (TDD)
  • Engaging in discussions with functional consultants for design clarifications
  • Producing high-quality TDD documents as per set standards and templates
  • Driving/Assisting Technical Design on GAP requirements with other technical teams to ensure technical quality is consistent
  • Working closely with development teams to assist them in development to adhere to project timelines
  • Designing and developing end-to-end solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail, POS, Commerce, Trade, and Logistics, and Finance Modules
  • Coordinating migration by utilizing Dynamics AX 2012 & D365
  • Managing customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 using X++ and C#
  • Designing and developing Dynamics 365 retail extensions for MPOS/CPOS, for example, CRT and Retail Server Extensions
  • Able to design, develop, test, and support data integrations between third-party, legacy systems, and Dynamics AX using AIF services, D365 web services, and file-based integration, CDX (Common Data Exchange), and CDS (Common Data Service), .NET Business Connector, Data Entities, and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
  • Implementing best practices and improving ongoing maintenance process
  • Reporting development for Microsoft Dynamics AX (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012-R3 and 365 using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
  • Managing architecture and performing both functional and technical analysis of solution designs in Dynamics 365 F&O
  • Dynamics Commerce platform implementation, customizations, and integrations
