Technical Skills Required:

- In-depth knowledge of platform integration patterns, APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, and architectural designs within defined frameworks.

- Comprehensive understanding of functional modules, including Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service Automation, and Microsoft Social Engagement.

Soft Skills Essential:

- Proven ability to manage and deliver MS D365 CRM projects, with expertise in fitment analysis, problem diagnosis, and client communication.
