Senior Process Improvement Specialist

As a Business Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving process improvements, digital transformations, and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new initiatives or enhancements.
- Prepare comprehensive business requirement documents, functional specification documents, and user stories for agile projects.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and UAT sessions to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization.
- Support the development, testing, and implementation phases of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and dashboards to business and management teams, providing insights and recommendations for informed decision-making.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and IT teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, Banking, Finance, or similar domains.
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in dynamic environments.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Exposure to business process automation, ERP, or CRM implementations, with a focus on streamlining processes and improving efficiency.
- Experience in data-driven decision-making and reporting tools, with a focus on extracting insights from complex data sets.
- Knowledge of industry standards such as BABOK or CBAP certification, demonstrating expertise in business analysis best practices.
