Senior Business Process Improvement Specialist

Drive Efficiency in Wholesale Sales
You are a strategic and analytical thinker who thrives on technology advancements and process improvements. Driving efficiency through continuous improvement efforts within our distribution network in support of our business partners sounds like a dream, and you're ready to jump in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively participate in the distribution network adhering to agile methodology principles to facilitate continuous improvements.
- Identify, analyze, and document business processes and technical requirements (solution design, configuration, security, etc.). Ensure that new solutions are clearly documented and that subject matter experts are adequately trained.
- Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for BAU issues. Communicate regularly with business partners and team members in multiple time zones.
- Work closely with internal and external development teams on application design changes and issues. Adhere to a strict change control policy for all application developments and configurations.
- Lead QA efforts by designing and executing regression tests in support of system upgrades and enhancements. Experience in ERP system enhancements, wholesale sales, and technology is required.

- Excellent ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally, including business documentation, such as business process documents, technical specifications, and training documents, with both technical and non-technical teams.
